Au revoir!

This means Goodbye in French in case you had to look it up like me! I am leaving for France tomorrow. I will be gone for 2 weeks and I'm leaving Scott at home to fend for himself. Poor guy! I will be in France for 1 week and then off to Turkey for my last week. It will be eventful with lots of shoping at the Bazaar, climibing the Eiffel Tower, and visiting the beaches of Normandy. I will love every minute of it- although I will miss my Scotty Potty. SO if any of you are around and want to check in and make sure he is getting enough food and water it would be much appreciated! Mister Guiness Book for REALLY Long Hairs!

Yes it is true! You are currently reading about a one day famous person. Scott has been growing out his arm hair in an attempt to beat the current World Record which is 5.3 inches. He is at 3.5 and is working hard to continue the growth. He is very protective of this hair and only "pat dries" that side of his arm. Nearly a month ago we went to Colorado to visit the good old family. While driving there, the highway was closed due to weather and we became stranded in Evanston, WY. We booked a hotel and woke early the next morning to get on the road. Scott had just got out of the shower and was standing in front of the heater. I was lying on the bed and looked over at Scott. To my amazement, I saw a long ARM hair blowing in the wind! It was at that moment that I believed he truly could accomplish this long term goal. I have attached pictures so you all can witness this REALLY long arm hair. He is so proud and has made me promise to have a party once he has reached the World Record. You will all be invited!! WELCOME TO 2008

So apparently we have been stuck in last season. Blogs are in?? What? We thought this would be a fun way to keep in contact with old friends and feel like there is life after college! Both Scott and Kami graduated from the University of Utah in 2007. Scott majored in Communication/Public Relations and Kami in Social Work. Scott received a job at Oracle selling software and Kami is a therapist at Life Line. Really, the reason we wanted a blog is to use our new camera!! So plan on lots of pictures!
